About Preserve Then Renovate

My journey to Preserve Then Renovate has taken me through several different careers, but one thing has always stayed the same: I genuinely enjoy helping people.

I studied Business Management before spending many years as an owner-operator driving tractor-trailers over the road. That experience taught me discipline, responsibility, independence, and the importance of taking care of the people who depend on you.

After returning to the construction industry, I worked for a General Contractor as a Project Manager. I learned firsthand how much goes into managing a project, coordinating crews, solving problems, and making sure the job gets done right.

​

Eventually, I decided it was time to build something of my own.

​

I created Preserve Then Renovate because I wanted to provide homeowners with dependable, honest service without the large overhead and big-company charges that can come with larger contractors.

For me, this business is about more than construction. Helping someone who needs a hand is what truly makes me happy. Whether it’s preserving a home, repairing damage, renovating a space, or simply helping a homeowner find the right solution, I want my customers to know they are dealing with someone who cares about the person behind the project.

My goal is simple: do good work, treat people fairly, and leave every property better than I found it.
